Women’s Health & Wellbeing

Women’s Health and wellbeing is SO important to society, we are the care givers, nurturers & peacekeepers.

The female body is incredible, with our hormonal fluctuations, cycles and transitions from puberty to menopause. We are constantly adapting and evolving to accommodate changing energy levels and emotional states impacting our physical and mental wellbeing.

We are sensitive, it is not a curse or an Achilles heel, it is a gift, and we need to pay attention to the signals our body gives us, or we run the risk of burning out and breaking down.

Due to the delicate nature of our hormonal system, our bodies show us when something within ourselves, our lives, the environment or the relationships we are in are no longer serving our wellbeing.

Unfortunately, modern living, cultural expectations, the burden of the mental load combined with a masculine approach to work and success has left many women denying, suppressing and disconnecting from their innate power and intuitive gifts leaving them stressed, anxious and unable to cope.

We want to be able to do it all in a world where there is little support and where asking for support is seen as a weakness. However, I regularly see the power of women as they allow themselves to be supported, nurtured and cared for.

My therapy space provides an opportunity for women to leave feeling stronger, rebalanced and more resilient for re-entering their busy lives.

As our mental, emotional and physical health are all so interconnected with our hormones, working holistically with the whole person, is at the centre of my work.

I specialise in supporting key transitions, hormonal health, emotional and mental wellbeing including trauma, stress, anxiety, depression and neurodiversity.
